Construction machinery crossed roller bearings also play an important role in emerging industries.
Crossed roller bearings are used in construction machinery such as vertical lathes. Through the secondary design of the main shaft structure, the structure is changed to a bearing group composed of crossed roller bearings instead of thrust ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings. The main motor makes the large ring gear rotate together with the outer ring of the crossed roller bearing through a series of transmission chains, and the rotary table directly engages with the large ring gear to drive the rotation of the table. Simpler.
The rotation accuracy of the worktable realizes the preload control of the bearing by adjusting the thickness of the adjusting pad under the bearing gland, which effectively reduces the assembly time. Due to the change of the structure, the height of the center of gravity of the main shaft is reduced, so that the main shaft structure has a higher resistance to overturning torque. Because the rolling elements in the cross-roller bearing only roll without relative sliding, the whole structure has low vibration, low noise, low heat generation, and the corresponding amount of lubricating and cooling oil is also less.
Compared with the traditional thrust ball bearing and angular contact ball bearing centering structure, the construction machinery crossed roller bearing structure has the following characteristics:
1) The crossed roller bearing effectively simplifies the structure of the lathe spindle. The structure of the ordinary bearing group is complex, and the installation of two bearings needs to be considered, and the lateral force or overturning torque that the thrust ball bearing bears is only supported by the tapered roller bearing with small diameter, the size of the mandrel is small, and the rigidity is poor. A crossed roller bearing is a crossed roller bearing that replaces the traditional two bearing arrangement design, which can reduce the length of the main shaft and save the cost of main shaft machining.
2) The structure of the crossed roller bearing also greatly simplifies the design of the lubrication and cooling oil circuit. In the ordinary bearing group structure, the rollers of the thrust bearing have different linear speeds on the inner and outer rings, which will cause sliding friction to cause high heat and easy wear of the original structure. It is necessary to consider fully lubricating the upper and lower bearings respectively, and it is necessary to use high-flow lubrication. The oil takes away the heat generated by friction, and the insufficient oil supply of the lubricating oil in the bearing oil chamber, insufficient oil pressure, or untimely filtration of the lubricating oil path will easily cause the bearing to heat up and discolor, and then the main shaft will grind to death. Since there is no relative sliding between the rollers in the crossed roller bearing, the amount of lubricating and cooling oil can be less.
3) The accuracy of the bearing is easy to adjust. Since the combined bearing adopts a clearance fit, the vibration and impact of the machine tool will cause the eccentricity of the spindle, which will affect the rotation accuracy of the machine tool. The installation of the crossed roller bearing is simple. When the bearing is installed, it is only necessary to preload the crossed roller bearing to the value, which is easy to adjust and maintain according to the original installation form.
The construction machinery crossed roller bearing has a series of angular contact rolling bearing adjacent rollers on the 90° V-groove rolling surface, which are kept perpendicular to each other by the spacer. Make one half of the rollers bear the axial load in one direction, and the other half of the rollers bear the axial load in the opposite direction, so that a crossed roller bearing can bear the load in all directions such as radial load, axial load and moment load .
